As President and CEO of MVS, LLC, Les Kruse is responsible for business development, operations, service quality and client satisfaction. Les is an Illinois Certified General Appraiser with over 20 years of real estate valuation experience. He specializes in commercial real estate including apartment buildings, banks, big-box retail locations, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels/motels, industrial sites, manufacturing and office buildings. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute.

Lesley Baron, MAI
MAI/Certified General Real Estate Appraiser – Illinois, Indiana & Michigan
Lesley Baron, MAI Illinois, has more than 30 years of experience in the appraisal industry. A specialist in valuation and analysis of major commercial properties, she holds an MAI from the Appraisal Institute. A Certified General Appraiser, she is also a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers. Prior to joining MVS, Ms. Baron served as a Consultant for the City of Detroit Office of the Assessor. She was also a Senior Manager/Property Tax for Chrysler Corporation.
Matte Elkins, MAI
Managing Appraiser/Certified General Real Estate Appraiser - Illinois & Michigan MAI Candidate
Matte Elkins is a Certified General Appraiser specializing in commercial, income-producing properties. He has extensive experience in Class A office buildings, big-box retail locations, regional shopping centers, and multifamily apartment buildings. Matte is currently a Candidate for Designation member of the Appraisal Institute.
Robert (Bob) Kruse

Bob Kruse is a Certified General Appraiser with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and appraisal industry. Over the course of his career Bob has worked on various types of real estate, including single family, multi-family, industrial, commercial, public projects and special purpose properties. He is currently a Candidate for Designation member of the Appraisal Institute.

Kathleen Manning is a State of Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with almost 30 years of experience in the appraisal industry. Over the course of her career, Kathleen has appraised almost every conceivable property type, from vacant land, industrial and commercial properties retail, office and special use spaces.

After graduating from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2018, Patrick Nellemann immediately began working at MVS. He has extensive experience in income-producing properties across the Midwest, including Class A offices, multifamily complexes, shopping centers, and student housing buildings. Patrick is currently a Candidate for Designation member of the Appraisal Institute.

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Terrence Fallen has over five years of experience in the real estate and appraisal industry. Starting in the residential appraisal sector, he is transitioning to the commercial sector, writing appraisals for all property types, including multi-family apartment buildings, retail, industrial facilities, and office buildings in the Chicago area.
Cody Danielczyk
Associate Real Estate Appraiser Trainee
After honorably separating from the United States Air Force as an aerospace propulsion technician, Cody Danielczyk began his commercial real estate career in brokerage sales. He has just under 5 years of real estate experience, and over $65,000,000 in closed sales volume. Both his experience in commercial sales, and the required attention to detail as an Aerospace Technician ensure a high level of scrutiny in his reporting, leading to the highest quality of Appraisals.

Nick Andrews is a State of Illinois Certified Residential Appraiser with ten years of experience in the industry. He holds a Master’s Degree from DePaul University in Business Ethics and has consulted for Fortune 500 firms. Over the course of his real estate career, he has appraised various property types including single-family homes, multi-family apartment buildings, industrial buildings, and commercial retail buildings.
